		<description>So I don&#039;t currently know yet if I lost any weight. Will try and stop by doctors offices to weigh in. I do feel better and not so blotted everyday. One thing I learned from this is to count calories. Writing them down helps. Need to find and easy to way to count them (an android app or similar).</description>

		<description>The reason you are not seeing my weight as I do this is because well, I have a scale at home that has a 400lb limit. Got to get to that point where I can use it. Hopefully next Monday I can. If not, I&#039;ll keep on with this diet and try to add exercise.</description>
